1. What kind of books do you write? I write immersive fantasy for readers who love rich worldbuilding, layered characters, mythic storytelling, and worlds where the natural and supernatural are deeply entwined. If you enjoy stories that balance beauty with darkness, wonder with consequence, and hope with heartbreak, you've come to the right place. 

2. What can we expect from the new series? Rise of the Iron Lotus is a six-book adult epic fantasy series set in a secondary world where magic is fueled by the energy of souls, dragons shape human destiny in unimaginable ways, and fungal priests wield powers that blur the line between miracle and horror.

Expect intricate worldbuilding, morally complex characters, slow-burn relationships, political intrigue, ancient mysteries, and dragons unlike any you've encountered before.

3. What happened to the Hallowmere series? Will it ever be finished? Unfortunately, the Hallowmere series ended sooner than anyone—including me—would have liked. Because it was written as a work-for-hire series, I don't own the rights and can't continue the story without my former publisher's permission.

I still hope that one day I'll have the opportunity to return to Hallowmere. Until then, I'm deeply grateful to everyone who continues to love those books after all these years.

4. Do you really garden and raise rabbits? I do! My mountain garden, my Angora rabbits, and the wildlife around my home all find their way into my stories sooner or later. Spending time with growing things reminds me that the best stories, like gardens, can't be rushed.
